  1. I believe that avoiding prepared foods is a first step in order to lose weight. They could taste excellent, but packaged foods have got very little vitamins and minerals, making you take more to have enough energy to get over the day. Should you be constantly feeding on these foods, switching to grain and other complex carbohydrates will help you have more energy while taking in less. Good blog post.
